The Snowdonia and Anglesey region offers awe-inspiring landscapes perfect for photographers. Capture breathtaking views of mountain vistas, valley views, abandoned quarries, lighthouses, and dramatic cliffs. Explore iconic locations like South Stack Lighthouse and Trefor Sea Stacks, and enjoy the ever-changing light and abundant viewpoints of the world-famous Snowdonia National Park.

Workshop Itinerary:

Friday:

  • Check-in at the accommodation around 3 PM

  • Sunset shoot

  • Dinner outing

Saturday:

  • Photography from sunrise to sunset with a midday stop for lunch

  • Dinner outing

Sunday:

  • Check out of accommodation and then sunrise shoot

  • A full day of photography with a midday stop for lunch

  • Depart home after Sunset shoot

Essential Photography Kit:

  • DSLR/CSC with batteries and memory cards

  • Spare batteries and memory cards

  • Wide-angle, mid-range, and zoom lenses

  • Sturdy tripod

  • Lens cleaning kit

  • Camera bag

  • Appropriate clothing for the weather

  • Sturdy footwear

  • Umbrella

  • Torch

Note: I have spare landscape filters and can assist with purchasing recommendations.
Transport is available from Norwich, throughout the workshop and for the return journey home

Accommodation and Food

We’ll enjoy a comfortable stay in a well-located home with private rooms.. The accommodation is perfectly positioned near many of the locations we plan to visit, making it an ideal base for our workshop.

The cost of food is included in the workshop price. Together, after each day’s photography we will eat at a local restaurant/pub and then prepare packed lunches each day, with breakfast options ranging from cereals and toast to cooked dishes.

What is Not Included:

  • Travel to and from the workshop

  • Travel within Devon on arrival and departure day, Saturday and Sunday travel are included

  • Snacks and Alcoholic drinks.

  • Camera, personal accident, travel, or vehicle breakdown insurance
