The Suffolk coast meet up - October 2024
Sunday 27th October 2024 - Sunrise to Midday shoot
6 am till 12 pm
Remember that the clocks go back 1 hour at 1 am and your phone will normally auto-update
Explore and enhance your photography skills while connecting with like-minded individuals on our captivating photo walk along the Suffolk Coast at the stunning location of Cobbolds Point in Fexlistowe at the partially submerged concrete sea defences that get revealed as the tide goes out.
With sunrise at 6:41 AM GMT and High tide at 7:36 AM, conditions should be perfect for minimalist photography
The journey begins before sunrise, extending until the midday sunrises, hopefully at Pin Mill after a hearty breakfast, that may be limited to a MacDonald's drive-through due to it being early on a Sunday morning, somewhere.
Whilst there is no formal tuition on offer, there will be experienced photographers attending and they may help you out, I would never like to see somebody struggle.
Please do note, that to get some of the more commonly seen compositions from this location, scrambling over rocks is required and this is at your own risk, but there are plenty of other compositions you can get from the wall and water edge
